The hotel is in a perfect location near a restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast while overlooking the cathedral. the staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist guests. the room is beautifully decorated, brand new, and offers a stunning view of the Münster, as well as a fantastic bathtub.

Liked our stay in this hotel. The indoor restaurant offered excellent dishes, and the breakfast was gorgeous and delicious. The room was huge and reasonably spacious and the view of the cathedral was fabulous. The overall atmosphere was exclusive, yet some staff members were rather noisy. Its location in Freiburg im Breisgau was great and awesome, very close to the fabulous Christmas markets, the best German food restaurants in town and the old square. The hotel was fairly clean with huge and extremely spacious rooms. The room was newly refurbished to a high quality and had a view of the munster. Everything was perfect, making it my next choice again in Freiburg im Breisgau.

The location of the hotel was charming and unique - not too far away from Freiburg Cathedral. There was an indoor restaurant nearby. Exclusive queen room was impressive and spotless had down pillows. The bathroom was large and it had a shower, hairdryers and toiletries for our convenience.

Great location, very close to the center of the old town of Freiburg, the main train station, shopping mall, restaurants. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and good value for money.

This tastefully decorated room is equipped with all the essentials like TVs and comfortable bedrooms, the location is conveniently only a mile away from a town square.

Wonderful staff, excellent service and two excellent rooms. The location is smack in the middle of everything.

Very hard to find your way to the hotel by car the first time, since you have to enter the pedestrian zone and drive across the market-place full of booths and people. But once you get the hang of it, no problem.

The hotel was extremely well placed right on the cathedral square and in a very picturesque setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was excellent. We were very happy with our room which overlooked the cathedral square.

Some may find the bells from the cathedral disturbing during the night. The rooms have excellent sound proof double glazing but inevitably some noise gets through. So, if you are a light sleeper go for a room that doesn't overlook the cathedral.

A great experience overall! the rooms were decently big and quite clean. the prices were fair, and the staff was super friendly 😊.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were responsive to our needs. We stayed in Room 53, so we had perhaps to best view in the hotel. We were very impressed. I must come back to Feiburg in October to finish my research at the university; I will try to stay with you again.

I was in Freiburg on business (I am an historian and I was doing research). As such, I needed access to email and the internet system. The system that you have is somewhat slow and the way in which it set up in the room (a modum beside the bed and the desk 12 metres away) is awkward to use.
